Yoga Dhyana Kendra and Research Centre will provide a wide spectrum of courses spanning the entire gamut of yoga training. The training curriculum will follow a 360 degree approach to modern life style and its complications.The Asanas and sequences incorporated in different training programs and courses will be periodically modified and fine-tuned to suit individuals address lifetyle disorders such as stress, backpain, joint pain, PCOD, Thyroid and diabetes. The courses and curriculum for Person with Disability, Patient suffering from critical illness wiill be customized and developed to suit their health and well beign. Yoga and natural world are deeply interconnected and to enrich the experience of participants the Centre will be have facilities like Gaushals, Organic Farming to integrate the concept of community work, environmental protection with the yogic practice.

Guru Dharma Pracharana Sabha under a unique intiative proposes to establish Yoga Dhyana Kendra and Research Centre. The Centre will be established in Gautam Buddha Nagar District and will be accessible to both urban and rural areas. The centre will include following facilities.

Objectives of the Project

 To establish a holistic and inclusive Yoga and Meditation Centre equipped with Modern Facilities and State of the Art Infrastructure

 To offer a diverse range of spiritual activities comprising of Meditation, Pranayama, Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga asanas, Mantra chanting, soul polishing practices, Yoga therapy, Yoga Philosophy, Cleansing and detoxifying methods thereaby aimed towards accelerating the unique transformation of trainees / participants

 Helping individuals to heal on all levels — physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually at the Centre through the teachings of yoga, as well as by introducing healing methods and approaches from a variety of religious and spiritual traditions

 To impart in depth knowledge of traditional yoga with secular and scientific orientation

 To give in-depth knowledge of teaching methods in Yoga and application of Yoga in various fields.

 To offer regular Classes and Teacher Training in Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and philosophy to Nationals

 To provide an opportunity for aspiring Yoga Trainers and Practitioners aimed at providing an in-depth exposure and knowledge around practical and theoretical teaching methodology pertaining to yoga and developing teaching skills in Yoga asanas, Pranayama and Meditation
